Mario has just announced that he will be running for Prime Minister in the next election.

"The public love me and I want to give them something back," said the 43 year old freak from Warrington, "My first act as PM will be to issue free lard to everyone. Britain needs more greasy people. Like me."

Downing Street have issued a press conference at 9:30 tomorrow morning. Poltical insiders have speculated that Gordon Brown will step down from his position with immediate effect. "Brown knows he can't compete against Mario. He's a great fan of his and thinks he should just let him take his job now, for the greater good of the country."
