Default Geoking66\'s post-hiatus house

I'm back designing houses! I just started one today, I wonder what you all think of it. The exterior is a mix of BB5 and BB6 in that the stairs are similar to BB6 but there's an outdoor studio similar to BB5. And yes, that's a curved screen behind the interview chairs. I promise that it'll get better once you see the interior.

I like. Plus why have you got Alex in your signature? Don't tell me you like her!

I like her as a housemate, hate her as a person, but I'm changing it anyway so it'll now be: Luke, Rex, and Jennifer (because she's shaping into an interesting character and hates Mario which is always good).

I agree with Spike; you've done better before.

Matt and Spike, maybe you'll feel differently with this new entrance. In a complete reversal of any of the Elstree entrances before, this is a dark, cavernous, but in fact quite large catacomb-esque staircase. It summarises the theme of the house quite well: Get me out of here, I'm scared.

By the way, I really hope that I'm not losing my knack for designing houses; I really do love it. I know that my original ones were some of the best on here (as many have said) and hopefully I can return to form like that with this insane house that's probably on crack.

I love the entrance. I wouldn't want to be a housemate walking into that house, it looks dark and scary.

Much better than the exterior, can't wait to see more

The front entrance inside the house and the Diary Room entrance (it's a curved door) aren't that comforting either.

I like the ideas but its too dark and doesn't look like it belongs in a Big Brother house.

Spike, the darkness is all part of the theme; it changes as you progress through the house. Glenn, it's a sadistic house.

Here's the bedroom as viewed through the lounge. Notice the oddly bright couches. This was a design idea that I tried doing on the floor of the entrance but it didn't work out well. It's a slight difference from the plain glass that was pioneered well in BB6 but has been overdone in recent years.

This is the only nice bed (and is a double) in the house, but I don't think that you'd enjoy seeing this creepy picture every time you wake up or lie down in bed.
