Round one: Ahmed accuses Marco of manipulation

Marco and Ahmed have enjoyed a ding-dong in the outdoor tubs in the latest round of their ongoing love-hate battle.

Having made up and broken up almost as many times as Michelle's referred to someone as "chicken", it was only a matter of time before the pair went at it again.

As Ahmed relaxed in one of the sunken baths and Marco lay alone in the hot tub, the potential tranquillity of the moment was lost as both men admitted that they were angry with one another.

Ahmed is still furious about an occasion when he claims to have walked past Marco, said hello and received no reply, while his housemate is bitter about the fact that when he was upset and homesick last night, he received no comfort from the Somalian.

Shouting over the din of the gushing water, Marco told Ahmed that it was "cool" that the eldest housemate had chosen to ignore him in his state of distress, and that seemed to be the end of it.

But as he turned his back on the bather and pretended to relax, it was obvious that things were playing on his mind, and very soon he piped up again.

"Ahmed, why do you dislike me so much?" he wondered, turning around to face his adversary.

Round two: Marco spits blood with a "****** off, Ahmed"


"You've been manipulative from day two or day three...you're false and manipulative," came Ahmed's immediate response. "If I don't have feelings for someone how can I comfort you?" he demanded.

Marco seemed to think that walking away from someone upset made a person a "b*****d", evidenced by his comeback line "I'm not so much of a b*****d that if I'd seen someone upset, I walk away."

Ahmed didn't take too kindly to the name-calling, and so constructively decided to counterattack. "You think I'm a b*****d? YOU are a b*****d," he proposed.

The pair soon lapsed back into silence, only for it to be broken again when, a minute or so later, Marco announced that Ahmed needed to "open [his] eyes".

"****** off, Ahmed," he went on - and was quickly treated to a "****** off YOU," in response.

By this point it was impossible for either one to ignore the fact that the rest of their housemates were laughing hysterically at them - and so the pair decided to join in.
