Default My concerns over this Islam business

I thought the whole incident re:Mo dressing up was ridiculous and is not worth dwelling on. He was enjoying himself and said it was one of the best times of his life.
What i would like to know is could this actually cause problems for him on the outside?

I hope that it doesn't

That's a religion issue. The man is supposed to be the strong man and must not appear 'weaker' by wearing woman's clothes. For Alex it was uncomfortable.

It is not just in Islam this ordinance applies

Deuteronomy 22:5

Quote:
A woman must not wear men's clothing, nor a man wear women's clothing, for the LORD your God detests anyone who does this.

I, too, thought Alex was possibly jeopodising Mo's safety when he got out by drawing too much attention this. There are plenty of 'wackos' out there who will feel he should be made an example of, especially as they know it'll get plenty of press coverage. She probably knew that as she was saying it - evil bitch.

This business over islam... i don't think one night dressing up matters too much especially seems as both mohammed and Alex drink and smoke
Alex has a cheek to enforce rules about islam to mohammed seems as she smokes drinks and is very rude also i have not seen her pray and it doesn't seem like she does and so therefore shouldn't go by the faith when it suits her

i have been christened but that doesn't mean i instate rules about the faith when i feel like it or use it against someone as if i am religious because I'm not at all

You make a poll without actually ever putting any options to vote on.Just click on new topic instead of new poll.

That's her problem. It's a sexist religion. Alex, of all people, should keep her putrid mouth shut!

Yes, it also says that women who are having their period, must be put outside the house. Waiting for this to happen.

Alex, weak?

She just became Muslim last week according to papers. Her boyfriend's in prison for murder. He decided that they should convert to Islam. She's full of ****.

Someone wrote something hilarious:

"If I was Mohammed I would have suggested she takes her religious conversion one step further and goes and lives in Iran (where she would probably be killed within a few days)"

I could understand if she was passionate about her religion and lived her life by the Islamic rules. However she exposes herself in short skirts and low cut tops, she drinks, she smokes, she be-littles men and she behaves in an agressive manner. She likes to select when to impose her views on people about her religion and is selective in which parts of it she sticks to.

I bet the whole episode last night even made Muslim people cringe. Alex herself does so many things which are against the Muslim religion, so how dare she criticise Mo for cross dressing? Its purely hypocritical. And he was JUST having a laugh. I dont think God will punish him for having some fun on his birthday. She was only using religion as an excuse.
