Yep it is. Week 3 of TiBB Nominations is officially open. You have until Sunday 22nd June to vote three members of your choice who have made excellent posts this week. Please DO NOT vote for your friends, and please state the member name, NOT a nickname. I am going to be harsher this week. If I dont know who you have voted for, I wont count the vote.
