Definitely. He still cracks me up with his constant references to his business experience, his obsession with health and safety, his patronising smothering of Mikey, and the foot in the Gob comments sometimes, but the fact is, he IS a good man-manager, organised, methodical, a calming and mature influence on the hotheads, a decent bloke, and a team player. I think in spite of all his flaws he'll go a long way. I find myself strangely fond of him although he makes me cringe at least once in every episode!
