Was this posted before? It probably was.

Anyway, I can't believe that anyone would actually get six months for spitting. I mean, come on. It's not like he assaulted someone physically. He's just a pompous ass.

I love how, Alexandra, was allowed to threaten hm's lives, but there was no talk of her being investigated. What an odd world.

According to DS the police aren't charging him at all.

But yes, it's counted as battery assault, so in theory - is assault.
