Default Scottish Housemates

Well, Big Brother has managed to do it again in season 9!

I mean don't get me wrong, Big Brother did outdo themselves by putting in TWO Scottish housemates this year. But, come on, Mikey & Dennis? The worst representation of Scotland I have ever seen. Just two more names to be added to the embarrassing list along with Jason, Sandy & Shahbaz.

I'm not saying it's a conspiracy, and I know folk are generally chosen for Big Brother due to their "interesting personalities" (i.e. they're a bit weird) but howcome there has only ever been one good Scottish housemate? (Cameron, if you have to ask )

Anyone agree?

if mikey wins then it just proves that scotland take over reality shows when it comes to a winner
like john in celebrity hijack i didnt think he would win at all but he did
and leon in x factor ..

What do you mean by 'take over'?

I really wanted Leon to win X Factor, and I thought he deserved it most, but I really didn't like how Simon Cowell turned it into some sort of inter-Britain mini Eurovision!

Oh yeah! I forgot about Federico.

With Mikey, I don't think it's a "like" or "dislike" situation to be perfectly honest - I just think he's so boring!

I have never liked any of the Scottish housemates on Big Brother, let's see:

Shahbaz, Dennis, Michael, Federico, Lynne, Sam, Jason, Cameron, and Sandy.

Precisely - quite a bunch of losers. It's like Big Brother refuses to put any relatively normal Scottish person in the Big Brother house.

No Mikey
is a Typical Scott who is now Blind.

You have to be gentle with Scotland
Brown has been Kicked out
and many want their own nation.

Now that would be fun.

Then Endemol
could do a Scottish Big Brother
as well

The more
the better - I say.

I agree with Mikey being a typical Scot who is now blind, however why would Big Brother never put in a nice normal Scottish girl or a fit Scottish bloke (I know they exist!)

Scottish Big Brother would be amazing! We know how to party.

I am Scottish myself and the Scottish housemates haven't been that good. They should try and pick better housemates like Marilyn in the auditions.

John was a good representation but that was BBCH.
And don't forget Sam BB7 to the bad list of housemates.

How was it fixed ? Any proof or anything ? He won fair and square and the 'it was fixed' thingy is just ridiculous and used by people who are gutted because their faves didn't win.

Fixed winner? Can you back that up?
Besides, IMO John doesn't count, that was BBCH as DiamondDogTags said.

Campaign for Scottish Big Brother starts here! Haha.

Why it doesn't count ? John was still in Big Brother and watched by UK so yes, it counts.

Well, that's just my opinion that it doesn't count, because it wasn't regular Big Brother - different programme altogether.

Besides, I feel people are missing the point here - I'm not questioning the support from the UK of Scottish Housemates, I'm questioning the choice of the actual housemates themselves.

He passed his mission therefore he was immune. It's not a fix. I think you have a problem at seeing what is obvious and what is not.

How does that make him a fixed winner? A lot of housemates in Big Brother get exclusions, e.g. if they enter late and so on. It doesn't neccesarily mean they will be a winner. Edit: EXACTLY, Captain.Remy! He won the immunity fair & square.

Again though - you're missing the point. I'm questioning the housemates, not their fanbase or support.
