I like Rex, I admire anyone who is that confident and rides above the idiots squawking and bitching at him. I feel for him though, and I think it is all getting to him now which is a shame.

Rex may be a nice guy on the outside world. In the house he is a game player and people are falling for his con routine like rain falls from the sky..
Rex is playing a psychological game. He knows what buttons to press to cause a kick off of emotions. Remember Rex was the initial instigator of the painting fiasco which led to disaster for Dennis and probably the end of Jennifer..... His latest nuclear trigger was on Bex and her weight which led to another show down. Having started these eruptions he just speaks quetly and stands back as if he were the victim Wake up guys and smell the coffee. BB is psychological game show you have to look beneath the surface of any housemates behavour... Rex is a full on Baddy....Many won't wake up to that fact until the damage has been done.... |

I think Rex is the most genuine housemate in there. Fair enough it can be said that he 'instigated' the whole of spitgate, but it could all have been avoided if Jen didn't blow it totally out of proportion. If anyone noticed, BB kept starting scenes in the highlights showing the painting - it looked the same to me, and although it was quite a spiteful act, he didn't really it would upset her so - and when it did, he apologised immediately. Even when being told to apologise again (which would REALLY irritate me) he did. Dale said 'it was the WAY he was apologising' - what is he talking about?
To my mind Rex is the only housemate not playing a game. EDIT: The term 'loveable rogue' springs to mind, to be honest. |

I like Rex. Theres nothing wrong with being slightly arrogant at times but beyond the arrogance you can tell hes a genuine guy.
