My theory on why Mario has changed towrds Lisa is because of pure jealously, because deep down he's knows he's going, and he doesn't like the fact that the housemates like Lisa, so he's trying to put the spanner in the works and cause enough friction for Lisa to say "well if you go mario then shall should i".
