If BB are going all American on us and having a HOH will they also have a POV?

If you didnt watch BB USA a POV is POWER OF VETO the holder gets to Veto one of the HOH nominations either by saving themselves or saving a fellow housemate!

It came in handy for my fav BB USA housemate James! ( on my banner ) He took himself of the block a lot!


I think they should have POV as it wouldn't be right to elect a HOH then they decide who is nominated etc without some sort of redemption! what you think guys?

Doubt it. They probably don't want to go too far down the BB US road. And if that Luke gets it, then I would just self-destruct.

BBUK should keep these for twists, and not get too into the American style.

Having a POV as well as HOH would ruin it for me, personally.

I don't think we will see POV because it will be too similar
I think just HOH but with our own twist on it, i just hope it will be used for more than one week

I hope they use the HOH from BB Brazil style, were the HOH can chose one nominee and the other housemates nominate to chose the other.

BBUK lifts from other series but never directly copies...they'll have their own new twists on Head of Household just like Australia, and won't do a POV

I'm not against HOH as long as they take a different take on and don't allow the HOH to have the final say on nominations.

If they introduced veto I probably wouldn't watch it anymore. Our BB is not as gameshow centred so it shouldn't come across as that. The public will never accept gameplayers.

I don't think they can copy Australia directly either...my theory is the HoH will get to have one guaranteed nominee up with whoever else goes up, and safety from eviction...it'd be kind of like an ongoing Judas Kiss. BB3 + BB5 = BB9...the maths almost right.

I think that HOH will chose 1 housemate and the others wil have to nominate 1 person and whoever has the most goes up for eviction with the HOH's choice.

i hope they will use the POV, it will add more tension and stuff to the house and make the hosue more competitive

Davina said hm's will vote 1 hoh as part of the Heaven & Hell task. So I dont think they are going to U.S rules,.,i wouldnt worry.

The yanks always have to complicate things, keep it simple like Darnell.

i think the HoH will only be for THIS task.. i dont think they will adopt it permanantly. But it's a good idea...
