Chickpea hummus with a pitta bread dip.
http://vegbox-recipes.co.uk/recipes/...a-recipe-1.php Is how to make the dip. It's not very exciting though. I know someone who makes a chickpea curry but I'm not sure how. |

According to the person in the shop and on the packet you have to soak them overnight Can you get away with not having to do that? As Sunday is a moveable feast re eating, I am delayed until later on in the week before I can try cooking with them, assuming I still have to do an overnight soak. |

As far as I know, soaking them over night is just to soften them up and brings the flavour out in them (you can soak them in water with salt/soda too intensify the flavour).
