Default Healthy Eating

Do you bother with it?

Is it worth it?

What and how is healthy eating for you?

I did the healthy eating + exercising thing for a while because I wanted abs, I had to get rid of some of the fat on my stomach to make them show more. I ate three meals a day and I had apples as snacks. My meals mostly consisted of lean meat and vegetables. It was worth it because it worked. I don't bother with worrying about what I eat now but I still exercise with friends.

I had to go through a healthy eating thing to get fitter for my police application and I went to a eating and dieting specialist and they said that I was not actually eating enough and that to loose weight and eat more healthily I had to eat more.

So I always made sure that I ate breakfast as this is actually so important, it means you wake up your digestive system and if you do anything through the day you will work off the food/fat from before.

Drank nothing but water for a month solid

For dinner i would have a salad with grilled chicken or plain pasta with a tomato sauce.

Just concentrated on having little snacks at work etc

it works well

I try to eat healthy when I have put abit of weight on but it doesn't last long
It is worth it if you want to get some weight off, if I eat healthy by the end of the week I could of lost about 3pounds.
I find it hard for the first 2 days then I get really into it and the sight of unhealthy food actually makes me feel sick.

My parents are health freaks, so I'm forced to eat healthy food too.

I usually am able to sneak a chocolate and crisps stash into my room though, so I survive.

I'm stick thin though.

Also I'm vegetarian, so the chances of me ever getting fatter are pretty damn low.

My house is very healthy, we dont get crisps, chocolate or biscuits. We have lots of fruit, we get alot of canned fruit to snack on. I suppose the most unhealthy thing we have is chips... or chicken nuggets or something. But we usually get fresh meat and eat alot of pasta.

I kinda have to be healthy, its part of my lifestyle. I actually had a lesson in healthy eating called "The healthy performer" Waking up every day early and running around all day long isn't easy if all you eat is chocolate and crisps.

I am being forced to eat healthy as all that's in the house lately is organic fresh fruit and veg.

I'm going Food shopping for myself tomorrow! Hello Banoffee pie!

I try to eat healthily. But I am a sucker for junk food. I like to think that being a vegetarian is quite healthy, but I hate vegtables

On the whole I do, but when I start to eat unhealthily, I do eat very unhealthily and I eat loads of crap in one day. Luckily I have a fast metabolism and the annoying (to others) ability to easily turn any 'potential fat' into muscle

My metabolism is really fast too. There's alot of junk food I don't even like, but I'll eat anything that isn't processed, literally, I love food so much!

Generally we get alot of meat, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit, veg. The junk is there, but it can sit for weeks without being touched by anyone.

I always go through phases were I say I'll eat healthily, and it all goes well for a few days then i'll have icecream or chocolate and then just generally blow the whole healthy eating plan.
I'm buying an exercise bike, so i'll just start to go on that everyday

I'm lucky because there is lots of fatty things I HATE! Sausages, bacon, cake and I'm not that pushed about chocolate. But I love crisps!

I'm also unlucky because my Dad own a fast food restauraunt so I can get food for free!

But recently I've started this thing of not eating anything bar a small bowl of cereal before 12 noon and nothing after 8 bar either a regular pack of maltesers or strawberries. It's really hard.

I eat things in moderation which works because you can always have chocolate and chips and still maintain a good healthy weight I've always eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner and never skip meals and because I walk alot it keeps my weight down.

I do eat healthy love fruit and salads but when I crave crisps or sweets then I do have these. I think as long as it is in moderation then it is fine and if your body is craving something then until you have it your never going to be happy. I do find that during the summer it is so much easier to eat healthier, not so much need for comfort foods
