I think it's unfair if she is, mainly because she's only in because of being Rex's girlfriend. Unless she won't be a proper housemate, but I can't see any other reason why she should go in. Both her and No. 6 should have gone into the house - that would have been more interesting.

If she were to go in then that is a blatent and ridiculous fix to benefit one housemate. She knows who he likes or dislikes and wants to nominate so she when allowed would copy cat his nominations giving an unfair advantage to a single housemate.....and the group he may belong to.......
