Obviously I missed something!

What did Darnell do to be excluded from nominating?

And is it his fault that Kat and Mikey can't nominate either?

he jumped over the barrier coz he was embarssesd after he got into bed with sara and she rejected him, so he jumped over the heaven/hell border.
