IMO, the books are VERY overrated.

I'll checkout the film though.
Mainly because robert pattinson is exceptionally hot [cedric diggory in HP<3]
Might change my mind about the books but idk.

I've got the book, I've never read it though. The acting seems kinda dodgy in the trailer, all the vampires seem to talk in the same whispery growl which I find kinda funny.

This looks actually quite good. My friend has read the books and says it's as good as Harry Potter and she's a huge HP fan, so it must be good

I soo can't wait for this film to come out, it looks great already! It's released here on the 19th of December 2008 (s o u r c e)!
I'm completly addicted to the books right now, read 3/4 (starting Breaking Dawn laters).
