It all depends on your definition of sexy and your definition of how popular one needs to be.
Rachel to some fits both catergorys so to was Maysoon although relatively popular. In the past Makosi, Aishleyne, Leah from my limited memory all were both relatively popular (finalists) and sexy too, and Kate(I think) and Nadia actually won both relatively sexy, again its down to oppinions.

I think this year sexy woman have been limited (IMO) to Sylvia, and Maysoon, in which 50% were gaining popularity considering the latter entered the house so late on.
But of course others will see differently, I will agree with you on one aspect though etiqutte rules don't always apply equally where gender on BB is concerned men are favoured on the show, but that is a fact of life too, woman will always be more critical of other girls.

but at the time i was very suprised orlaith survived against those 2 characters not just because she wasnt as good as a housemate but generally the public hate female housemates who have great looks,confident,gets her body out all the time.the irish vote must of kept her in.
