Haha, I think she was entertainment but I just found like she victimises herself alot.

They are both awful, but I don't think they are similar. Charley was very good at using charm to get people to forgive her instead of take any responsibility for what she did which is why she could get away with murer in the house. Alex just shouted more and more and blamed everybody else for everything. I think Alex's total lack of social skills is what makes her so obnoxious. So much so, that even Dennis and Sylvia had to distance themselves from her.
