I've heard of that program, and it did come to mind but I've never seen it.

I think its just because your not used to them. One thing, you won't but used to seeing them because you've said your house mainly has ready meals, and two, if you've never eaten them, everyones a bit apprehensive. But, if your eating them and they taste fine, but then your still being sick or struggling to eat it, I think thats just something in your head, if you get me?!

Basically you should maybe try to just say to yourself "I will eat this, without being sick" or something, like Positive attitude towards it. You may not be nervous about eating it but somewhere in your body you might be?

That's a guess anyway.. I don't know, a Doctor would probably ask you to see a nutirtionist and they would probably say you need to eat a variety of different foods.

I'm no doctor though, so I could be speaking a whole load of crap

Well its not a eating disorder anyway. Your body is proprely just reacting to something its not used to. I wouldn't rule out going to the doctor if theres such a large amount of food that you can't keep me. And being sick so much isn't good for you, bile ruins your oesophagus and teeth.

I get you.
I'd rather not go to a Doctor, because I'd probably get referred to a dietitian or something and as you've said, will probably just get me to eat more but gradually.. which I kinda know?

I might try that. Perhaps a positive approach may work. I think it is psychological? Which I think is what you're suggesting?

lol, thank you for posting though, i'm open to all replies<3

edit;; &Princess, thank you.
It's good to know that it's not some sorta eating disorder. Most of the time I'm not actually sick, I just know it's gonna happen? &then I'll have a glass of water or something, breath and I'll be fine after a bit. Though now I know that it's not good for you, I suppose it's better I do that.

Yup thats what I think, it's psychological. You just need to show a positive attitude towards it in your head, and you'd probably get more confident eating different foods over time.
