Default Pervert

This morning I found a guy hanging around the parking lot at work. I thought he was just waiting for someone, so I got out of my car and started to walk towards the building. I turned around because I heard footsteps behind me and I saw him following me with his hands down his pants. He saw me and he smiled and his thing just flopped out.
I told my co-workers and they said he was a Wednesday "regular."
I told my boss and he told me that I could deal with that stuff on my own. How?
The restaurant is pretty fancy and if someone else found him at the parking lot, it would ruin the good reputation.
This is sexual harrassment y/n?

What a disgusting man
Shouldn't you let the police know about him because next time it could get more serious, someone might get raped by him

The police should be informed, the would move him out of the area and probably caution him. You shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable, and what that man was doing is TOTALLY wrong!

The police don't care about that stuff. A co-worker already tried but they told her that she could deal with it herself because they have more important things to do.
Everyone I work with tells me to just ignore him because hes never touched anyone but himself. Hes also flashed the guys I work with too.
I'm going to talk to my boss tomorrow morning.

Report it to the police anyway Melanie; the more complaints they receive, the more likely they are to take action. It can't hurt to at least make them aware that he's a repeat offender, and imagine how you'd feel if he did something more serious and you hadn't reported what he did to you at the time?

Yeah that's a good idea but the problem is that no one I work with really cares. Except for the new girl who complained to the police.
Next time I'm bringing pepper spray.
