it would in this case as stuart is the least hated housemate in the TIBB poll

AND people would vote more ferociously for one option and it would effect the result significantly ill bet

Even if he is the least hated, and its vote to evict rachels fans will vote to evict Stu no matter what. IF its vote to save they will vote to save rachel, and vice versa, thats it. NO matter what it wont make any difference!!
