Well I only watched from BB6, but IMO, BB7 was miles in front of the rest. It had good twists, amazing housemates, there weren't really any boring bits I can remember.

BB3 and BB5, were amazing! Great housemates and original tasks and twists. Both had deserving winners, and both funnily enough female.
