She is still dull & bland.

She is a nice person but BB is for extreme extraverts.

extreme extoverts on BB are like a mars bar or cheeseburger, there great for like 10 minutes till you get something proper to fill you up.

As much as we love em, they'll always be the first we'd give up and just like on BB we often do.

Rachel is the real deal, someone kind caring and genuinely pleased and thrilled to be on a show she wanted so much to be on, Rachel could be any one of us on tibb, and that half the reason why I hope wish and pray justice is done by seeing her come from the house last on finals night.
She's also one in there who really wouldnt give a damn about magazine deals, TV shows or the winners cheque either, but she's the only one who deserves it most.

Not always been a great fan of Rachel. However considering the ones left I would not mind seing Rachel the winner......

It's right I think for a complete spectrum of people to be accepted as a BB housemate....As for extreme extroverts.....Yeah they can have a short life span before becoming boring. Personally as an extreme introvert myself I have a considerable tolorence to extroverts in general....Opposites attract I suppose.....

No I dont think she is. Lisa was trying to help Mikey with the dance routine as well. The rest are so far up their own backsides they wouldn't even think about helping anyone else let alone actually do it!

It was Rachel who told Alex "she's only doing her best, it wasnt done deliberately" Steph also backed Rachel, a little stronger but it was Rachel who (amongst many presant including tight lipped Luke, Dennis, and Rex) spoke up first.

Standing up to Alex again, when most HM agreed to re-heat spaghetti whilst Alex didnt, she stood her ground whilst Alex ranted almost ignored, other HM walked by and merely whispered there support for Rachel, as yet again she found herself alone.

She since stood up to Lisa when Mario was evicted, Luke when asked "who you you think wont win" this shocked Luke and most others, who had all made the mistake that this girl sits on the fence. The biggest culprit is Rex, who Rachel has never yet allowed to bully her into any submission. Not to bad from a boring non controversial good girl.

The first task the HM's past involved Rachel and Dennis holding up a box the longest. Rachel has excelled in all the tasks whether as an individual or as part of a team and ranging from mime dancing or reciting the alphabet backwards she's always done her best even when its been someone elses responsibility, this week teaching Mikey a dance routine while Rex is in charge and the others well cant be ar*sed.

Rachel has been involved in controversy and rather than sit on the fence she stands her ground everyone knows who does and dosent get on with her, and if they ask, they also know why as Rachel will tell them, and never tell anyone who it does not concern.

Rachel's best bit, indeed the series best bit was the letters from home descision she made as HOH, without even asked she immediately and without acting she naturally declined her own letters for those of her friends, one of which being Sara, the complete opposite end of the decent scale Rachel has set.

Rachel was the one who asked
"are you black then Darnell" and soon after this came up with "oh so are your parents colourrrr...........black also"

"how many days in a year"

and recently "whats a walrus"

There are of course many many more HL's from rachel at every stage of BB, she took an active and composed mature stance during "spitgate" too whilst others shamed or kept well clear in the incident, Rachel again came out with an oppinion with it expressed and of course with dignity.

I think BB will only struggle to keep Rachel's couple of minutes worth of best bits down to a flimsy equal time as the rest, and unlike the rest there wont be any silly snogging for the cameras, bedding people for the cameras, showing breasts for the cameras, or just telling people to F off for cheap publicity either. Rachel hasnt blarted over a any gimmicks like babies at home, or leaving estranged bf husbands girl friends or pets behind, nope not a single sob story to fall back on anywhere, and that in this day and age REALLY is a refreshing change........ I wish we had a Rachel on BB every year, but then again we usually do, and thank god they usually win.

Some of the others also showed Mikey how to do the moves. I think Rachel maybe getting a good edit.

I think others have shown empathy ie Lisa and Darnell but I do think the rest of the HM's are to selfish.

That was the bit that didn't quote ring true to me. It seemed too much of a selfless act. I don't think any of the other HM's would have begrudged her opening her own letter. As I recall she made a bit of fuss in the diary room while she was announcing her decision to let the other HM's receive their messages. I thought the over the top sobbing was too much. Rachel is a nice genuine girl but her overt selflessness doesn't always ring true. There are times when its clear she's trying too hard to be liked.

She is incredibly patronising towards Mikey; she uses her primary school techniques on him. Blind or not, if someone spoke to me like I was 6 constantly I'd tell them to **** off

Yeah, on a serious note, is she patronising, or just teaching him how to do the Thriller dance?

He needs to know.

And Rex as choreographer does just say 'like this' etc.

I love BB9 for its education in blindness, and i think Mikey is the perfect ambassador for it. He is really cool.

It was not over the top at all
She knew that if she chose 3 peoples over her own that she wouldnt be able to read what her mother sent her, obviously people dont read the topic before posting, its not a thread whether rachel is fake or not, its about empathy. Just dont have digs at rachel irrelevantly, its spam.

i do think rex may have wanted to help, but given his ignorance and arrogance
i think the task was all about him getting it right and not so much for the group effort as a whole.he doesnt like to look a failure which most of us wouldnt.still dont care much for him though.
as they say what goes around comes around and by god is he going to get his now.

I thought all the sobbing was way over the top. I think Rachel is a nice girl but I also think she's too selfless at times.
