lol a combination of the 3 and yeh i think stuarts was the best for simple fact he was actually big the rest are just toned.

and uh not far at all. i dont check i run for about 15 mins on crosstrainer and aobut 10 on bike then i feel ****ed so giveup.

im happy though because though it means nothing to anyone on here i just started benching 110kg and i only weigh 71kg lol

so im happy traiing like an animal has made me pass out before though a few times.
