Lots of exercise, both cardio (running etc) but also things like stomach crunches can "tone" the muscles.

It will take quite a while really... you wont get effects straight away so just stick at it. Depends how you big are already?

If you do it properly you'll notice slight changes in about 4 weeks/ You're best taking pictures of your stomach from above/front/side every now and again so you can see how you're getting on.

Don't do this. Fasting slows down your metabolism so that when you finally do eat it converts straight into fat rather than energy/muscle mass.

Eliminate the fatty snacks and carbonated beverages, instead reach for fruit and even better would be raw vegetables.
Eat lots of celery and carrots. Stay away from red meats and pasta. You'll have to eat some carbos, but not too many. Try lots of water and hit up the sauna. That's how professional boxers get down to fight weight . Just be careful about being in the sauna too long.
Also, diuretics if you want to go that route. A little bit of prune juice. Green tea is also natural diuretic, so it should make you urinate frequently. That's how it helps you lose weight.... because you have less water in your body. You will feel less bloated, but you are not burning any fat. It is only water weight you are losing. Not having enough fluids in your system can actually be bad for your metabolism, so you should really only use diuretics when you are trying to look slim for a short period of time (i.e. going swimming in a bikini or wearing a fitted dress). You can use diaretics for a few days before you need to "be slim", but you shouldn't do it too often because it will mess with your metabolism. If you like to drink green tea every day though you should make sure you drink a TON of water to make up for what you are losing. Never starve yourself. When you starve yourself, the body will first get its energy by burning the muscle before fat. So once a lot of your muscles are burned you are left with excess fat. You will lose your boobs, mood and energy.

Cardio is the best way to lose weight overall, so yeah jogging everyday is a good idea. If you don't like running try swimming, although it might give you man shoulders. Ab workouts will develop muscles and make your waist smaller. I'm not sure about this but I heard that the muscles can develop under your fat, making your stomach look even bigger, just always remember to do cardio before a workout. Sit-ups don't really work. It has to be a combination of different kinds of exercise at least 2 times a week (45 mins?) to see good results. Hula-hooping is good. Don't use the thin plastic ones though. Try the big thick wooden ones. If you don't have them where you live, try cutting a thin one and filling it up with uncooked rice.
Remember, you can't spot burn.

I do pilates. There are a lot of videos on youtube. Search "10 min pilates abs," thats my favourite. I did it everyday and after a week I saw the results.

Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce fat. Eat healthily/exercise, as people have said, and the weight will come off naturally.

Toning particularly for the stomach will help just the stomach become more toned, though - but it'd help to lose the weight first.
