DANIEL, JASON, NADIA AND VICTOR FACE EVICTION FROM THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE


Yesterday, the seven remaining Big Brother housemates went individually into the Diary Room to nominate the two housemates they most want to be evicted from the house this week. This week there are4 people facing the public vote. They are: Daniel (4 votes), Jason (3 votes), Nadia (3 votes) and Victor (4 votes).

It is now up to the public to decide who goes. The housemate chosen for eviction will be told of their impending departure from the house on Friday 23 July during the LIVE 9pm show, giving them just over half an hour to pack their possessions and say their goodbyes.

The news that Daniel, Jason, Nadia and Victor have been nominated was announced to the housemates at 6pm today (Tuesday 20 July) LIVE on Channel 4 during Big Brother’s Little Brother. On hearing the news, Jason jeered, “Jason.” Daniel said, “but am I bothered, am I bothered though? It’s an outrage. Yes, there’s nothing we can do about it and at least we’ll get lots of attention again.” Victor laughed and said, “what’s wrong with these guys?” Nadia sat quietly, while Michelle and Shell hugged her and then muttered, “third time, you know what happens the third time?” Nadia eventually stood up from the sofas and said, “I need a cigarette.” Daniel added, “I like being up for nomo, it’s good.”

The housemates voted in the privacy of the diary room are NOT allowed to disclose their nominations to one another. We can divulge who voted for who…

Daniel – Victor and Shell
Jason – Nadia and Daniel
Michelle – Jason and Daniel
Nadia – Jason and Victor
Shell – Jason and Victor
Stuart – Daniel and Nadia
Victor – Daniel and Nadia

The tally after five rounds of eviction nominations and last week’s automatic nomination following the Boot Camp task are as follows:


Daniel - 14
Jason - 12
Michelle - 4
Nadia - 14
Shell - 3
Stuart - 1
Victor - 10

Stuart is still the only housemate to have received no nominations from his housemates after five rounds of nominations, although he did receive an automatic nomination for passing last week’s Boot Camp task. Shell is the only other housemate to have received a nomination this week, in addition to the 4 housemates facing the public vote.

Each housemate was required to give a full and frank reason for their choice of nominees, and failure to do so could result in an official warning from Big Brother. Comments included:

Daniel voted for Victor because “he likes chicken nuggets and they take a large percentage of our shopping budget,” and “his grammar hasn’t improved since the last time. I had a word with him about it…he sticks ‘innit’ at the end of every sentence and now everyone does it…very annoying.”
He nominated Shell because “one Friday we were all up for nomo and she used the last of the fake tan on her lovely legs,” and “she has a habit of talking over you. Sometimes I, well quite a lot actually, it just makes me boil with anger and rip off her head.”

Jason voted for Nadia, because “I really find her laugh quite irritating. I have to move away basically when she is laughing. It’s just a long laugh every minute of the day so that really irritates me. Just her whole presence irritates me.”
He nominated Daniel because “we could be having a discussion about something and he says things about my character which are totally untrue and tries to make excuses. He says I’m intimidating, I’m not accepting that, it’s total ****.”

Michelle voted for Jason because “on the day of the task he came outside and told the troops there was a really big thing, that there’s a big reward…it’s very important that they pass the task…not how I would have done it. Although I was in the same position, I felt it made a false impression. It was 100% selfish, made me feel as selfish as if I had said it myself.”
She nominated Daniel because “he tuts when I’m having fun and excitable…makes me feel a bit off.”

Nadia nominated Jason because “he is wasting someone else’s place in this house. He is so isolated, sleeps ¾ of the 24 hour day. That sort of behaviour is boring.” She also nominated him because “me and Jason do not see eye to eye or agree to anything.
She voted for Victor because “I haven’t actually come to a middle ground with him where we can share something together. I haven’t connected with him and he takes Jason’s side. I feel neglected by him. He’s good friends with Victor…[I’m]very restrained by this.”

Shell voted for Jason because “he hasn’t been up yet. Everyone else has,” and “he thinks I know everything – I don’t.”
She nominated Victor because “it’s incredibly difficult on Tuesdays to hear names so I feel less guilty nominating Victor…clearer conscience.”

Stuart voted for Daniel because “after Friday night he was sulking about still being here and like we all got a present by getting to stay here...cast it aside…was like breaking a rule of life.”
He nominated Nadia because “when she runs out of cigarettes we see an aggressive side that none of the other housemates have shown.”

Victor voted for Daniel because “this guy has got skills beyond belief at kissing arse. If this guy was serious, he could put colonic irrigation out of business. He has held more butts than a nightclub ashtray. He’s coming after me. I’m going to get him before he gets me.”
He nominated Nadia because “.”

I can't beleive whats happening on BB5 Michelle comes out without another single nomination which means us viewers are going to have to suffer another week of her and Stu acting like school children.

Well. surprise surprise I am happy that Michelle is safe for another week at least. I love what she contributes to the show. Get's us all talking. Stirrs up emotions and so on.

Like the others Victor,Jason,Nadia. Although some don't like them, me included. At least they along with Michelle are the making of BB5

I disagree, Michelle and Stu might get us talking but only about how boring they are.

I disagree very strongly that just because someone is talked about they are therefore entertaining and should be kept in. People like Michelle and Nadia annoy me to such an extent that I do not enjoy watching them and quite regularly switch off if they are the centre of attention. I am not entertained by people I can't stand and therefore I don't think they add to the show at all.

This is interesting ... I'm asking myself would I rather see someone in the house that I like or someone who is entertaining to watch?

The only housemate that fulfils both criteria for me is Dan.

Nadia and Victor are entertaining me, but I wouldn't say I would particularly like them in real life!

I like Shell and Stuart but they don't have as many entertaining moments.

I don't find Michelle or Jason entertaining and I don't really like either of them.

If we all had our way and evicted those we don't like or find entertaining then we would all be shooting ourselves in the foot by killing off BB by week two. Or even week one.

It's a modern day pantomine. Don't sack the main actors until the show is nearly over.

I feel a bit like that Kaphc especially about Nadia.I don't want the last few weeks to be boring so it would be good if the larger characters stayed in.
I do hope Victor stays if only to make him think he's in with a chance when its not all that likely
I do think he is funny in the diary room much more than any other housemate he talks a load of rubbish which I think is really funny

But what is the point of me keeping these so called entertaining people in if it means I find the show so awful that I stop watching it. Surely that defeats the object.

I didnt think I would ever say this, but I do hope that Victor stays in. His behaviour in the diary room is so over the top. But he admits he is playing a game and not being nicey nicey all the time.

Still cant believe that Stuart hasnt had a single nomination. Perhaps they forget he is there LOL

Shell should have got a warning for her pathetic excuses for nominations.

Two people got 4, two people got 3. If it was following normal rules, only two people - Daniel and Victor would be up.
