Default Is C4 getting people to vote out Michelle so their new chosen one can be crowned winner for PC reasons

Some posters have pointed out that, as I have been pointing out, that Stuart is just as much into Michelle and is not quite the frightened bunny rabbit as some would have us believe.

However C4 editing is being done such as to make people hate Michelle and evict her.

The polls now show that she is miles in front of Jason for being evicted

So why is C4 editing her so badly

Then it occurred to me, as I thought of past BB's

BB2 was remembered for Paul and Helen yes, but it was Brian who won it.

On a programme I once saw, they pointed out that it was wonderful that Britain was the first country where an openly gay person won. (I would say that his sexuality was irrelevant C4 wanted a PC first)

In BB3, there was the suspicion that C4/Endemol wanted Alex to win and edited the programme to influence the result. The last Psyche show they did was nothing more than singing the praises of Alex and character assassinations of all the others

BB4 - Total incompetance (Nuff said)

Now with BB5

At one point it seemed that Michelle was possibly second favourite to win, close to Nardia.

Now, thanks to C4 editing, she has virtually been evicted already, Friday night is a mere formality.

Why would they do this

Perhaps they want to ensure that Nardia is the winner

Why?

So C4 can come out and smugly say that Britain is the first country where a transexual can win.

I have stayed out of the transexual arguments, save only for a clarification of UK law, but Nardia's aim was to be accepted without anyone making anything of her past. If C4 have done this for PC brownie points, then they are doing her a great disservice

Sticks i do agree with you about bb editing to make certain members look unpopular!

when they gave nadia the laughing task, obviosly wanted her to stay in, and want her to win!
making every1 laugh to make her more poular and showing it b evictions came out!, the cheek,
trying to manipulate us and make jay look boring...

Watching the edited highlights I can't imagine Nadia being put in anymore negative light than she has been already. Yesterday evening's show, for example, consisted of her 'best bits' laughing hysterically after farting, getting agitated and deliberately awkward at being weighed and then shouting and screaming on the porch for no particular reason (her endearing qualities, apparantly ).

I agree partly that C4 might edit the programme to manipulate the voting, but for this series I blame the core voters at home who view entertaining housemates as "baddies" and quiet hosuemates as "goodies" which has been a trend since series 1.

The laughing task what not specifically for Nadia, they called a housemate to the diary room, she ran to it as she always does.

For the record I have nothing against Nardia, unlike the issues I had with Alex.

My job as Cyber Devil's Advocate is to get my client to the final. It is not usually my job to help them win.

But if there is a lets make Nardia the C4 chosen one, I may have to be part of a stop Nardia campaign, after consultations.

BBLB is working overtime with it's anti Michelle stance.

If the info on Digital spy is correct then on thursday BBLB will be having a Radio one presenter on the show knowing he hates Michelle......That close to friday...Fishy indeed.....

However even if Michelle stays she is no obvious threat to Nadia winning. The PC brigade have already decided that......

I dont what to think because i do not think channel four could get away with the editing with out in been published. Its next to impossible really. The big brother channel 4 crew is huge some one would spill. Maybe the people who work on the editing sectionhave a favorite between them. Oh i dont know am probably speaking aload of bull but i aint show if they could pull it off. I think it maybe paranoyer

They must be very gullible changing their vote simply because some non-entity of a radio DJ hates Michelle. I don't think we should worry too much on that front. There was quite a bit of support for Victor on BBLB last week but it didn't stop him being evicted. I think BBLB, on the whole, does try and remain impartial by giving equal support and criticisms to all the remainding housemates. But because Michelle has been a talking point of late she'll probably be given more airtime for discussion. It won't change much how the public vote only stengthen their already held views.

It's not BBLB or these C-list celebrities coming on giving their views that's the problem. It's simply this: The show is watched by a majority of very young people who support housemates based on their good looks, niceness, how quiet they can be and loud they can scream.

So Either Nadia, Shell or Stuart to win.

I have always believed in the band wagon effect when it comes to human psychology. Drip feed enough anti material and that effect will kick in.

The other evening when BB had team hansom on that was four people inc Dermot that was making subtle but anti remarks against Michelle. There was no one to defend her corner. This year BBLB is much worse than usual for not being impartial enough.

I couldn't care who team handsome are frankly, or any of these people with little badges of their favourite housemate(s) on but I do understand your point that all those pubescant teenagers with <insert boy band here> posters adorning the bedroom walls watching might be swayed by their appearance.

I feel so helpess in my parellel universe

They obviously can manipulate voting by selective broadcasting but with Michelle it would be hard to be selective as she chases the cameras constantly and falsely puts on performances then checks the cameras are in the right place, thats why she should go and thats only one of a zillion reasons why we should make her go............

I don't care if Michelle has a gameplan, chases the camaras to look glamerous or that her romance with Stu is all one big sham to keep her inside.

I want Michelle to stay because she's one of three remaining housemates that has any personality, charisma and appeal. Anyone who wants her out rather than Stu, Shell or Nadia does not live on the same planet as me.

channel four have always tried to manipulate big brother, i could give countless examples but those avid e4 veiwers amongst you will know what i mean. you only need to sit a few hours on their official forums to see what they want you to believe as posts and threads against their plan are quickly deleted and good friends with real opinions have even been banned for being too opinionated, (another reason i love unofficial forums)
i totally agree with your theory sticks (brilliant post yet again xx)
you did forget to mention that ch4 have decided to highlight jasons 'humourous' moments, the first time in 9 weeks!
personally i think it is disgusting how they are allowed to get away with it, but it seems to be part and parcel with big brother now. just a shame that the fully devoted fans of bb, and not the ones just tuning into the highlight show, are the ones that decide housemates fate, but such is life.

how ironic is their slogan........ who goes? channel four decides!

What about E4. You can watch that near enough all day so there is no editing there, just sound dips. All the house mates have been together for the last couple of days so its not like the camera can skip from one room to another showing different Hm in different rooms.

I'm sorry but michelle really needs to go on Friday for the sake of women kind everywhere.

I don't know what Channel 4 are doing but if they ARE actually trying to get rid of Michelle then I'm all for it - whoever came up with describing her as a 'bunny boiler' is a genius. I have absolutely despised her from about week 2, or around the time she first started devouring Stuart (probably the most boring person in the world). It was that time they were in bed and kissing and then she said ' will you be ok with me in the morning?' 'Kiss me Stu and tell me it'll be ok' - Oh my God, you'd have thought someone had died. It's one thing being insecure and clingy and needy but she really takes the biscuit. She has then gone on to show what a self-centred, selfish, attention-seeking, psycho she is. That time she got nominated by Becky she lost the plot so much I thought she was gonna stab someone.(But she didn't lose the plot in a funny Ahmed way, just in a bunny-boiling one) As for the whole bride thing and her resentment at having a minor role, well that speaks for itself. Now she's started telling Stu he shouldn't go and see his family when he gets out but should shack up with her...this isn't young love, it called mentally unstable. And seeing her victimize Shell today - forcing her to sleep in scratchy tracksuit bottoms...I was begging she would wake up and catch the love of her life cuddling up to Shell.
She just has to go, if anything because she'll take it more badly and unsportsmanlike than anyone in the history of Big Brother - probably chain herself to Stuart and refuse to leave or persuade him he should leave with her.

'Out, out, out' with the 'fat Geordie Scrubber' as the Mirror's Kevin O'Sullivan calls her.

I agree with you what you said in your post about Michelle and im definately all for C4 making look Michelle bad because she needs to go and im not even really sure how shes made it this far. I feel sorry for Shell not only in this task but the way Michelle keeps saying "are you trying to pinch my man" and also as soon as she saw Stu talking to Shell on the bed she was like lets do something as a group which i thought was major jealousy, so if people are thinking properly vote Michelle out this week because she would get really jealous watching Stu in the house with Shell even though their not actually doing anything.
