Default Twists That BB could use

Any ideas suggestions that would set BB10, apart from the rest and make this 10 year BB a landmark one?

Well I think that obvious choice is AllStars. I would love if they changed it to vote to save!

Fans Vs. Favouites?

Have 9 housemates, selected through the audition process as normal but then bring back 9 ex-housemates from Big Brother series 1-9 who didnt win the first time around for another shot at the prize.

Rip up the format and start again. The BB5 - BB9 format is getting old.

Yeah but then that would ruin the idea of an 'eviction'!
Then it would be a saveion!

True that, but there are ways of getting around that, I think.

Putting them into teams of 'fans' and 'favouites' means they would get equal airtime. Introducing the 'favouites' maybe a week into the show would mean the public would have seen and got to know the 'fans' before the ex-hm arrive. But most of all, if the producers pick damm good housemates, they won't be over-shadowd.

Here's my quick idea ... I've even named it hehe
"the walls have ears".
Idea is a tv in the house will "randomly" play a bit of the show to the hms at the most awkward moments. Ie TV comes on as a hm passes by and plays to them some part of a conversation that he/she was the topic of between 2 other hm. Hilarity ensues.hehe.
As the TV comes on it's shows static white noise that clears as if the "walls" are remembering something ...then shows the vt.
Just something to create more conflict .... but it may backfire because if hms know that something they say may be repeated on that TV then they are less likely to bitch behind peoples backs.

i think the best twist would be....make the first eviction a fake one..and that the first evictee would return in 3 weeks..and the HMs would never expect that it was a fake eviction XD
or something like that..

they need a few changes..or add things...

- no eviction in the first week, so that we can actually get to know the HMs for that first week...then the first eviction starts in the second week.

- no more HOH..plEASE!
i say..the nominated HMs gets a task..where they have a chance to save themselves from eviction..but the catch is that..they have to nominate someone in there place.

- during the final week...say theres 6 finalist..then the whole week..the ones with the least votes would go...and in the final night will end up
with the top 3

WHOHOOO

*vote to save..will ruin the show*

Something major has to happen, to mark this as the 10 year anniversary.
An Allstars would be good, but something dramatic, like a complete change in format.
Minor things would be:
- no more heaven/hell
- only have a HOH, if they get more power, otherwise it's just pointless
- maybe alternate, one week vote to save, one week to evict?
- more secrets e.g. secret missions, moles etc.
- housemates that are guaranteed not to be boring (Maywho?)

The show needs to develop from BB9 - so that would be one of two routes...

So one option is developing the role of Head of House, probably to the Brazilian format where the HoH nominates one person and the HMs vote to choose the second nominee.

The other is developing Heaven and Hell - and finally adopting the full version of Big Brother: The Battle. So this means very extreme rich and poor sides, which run for the whole series, not four weeks in the middle. It also means a new Battle Arena (plenty of room at the front of the house for that!) for bigger, show-piece challenges.

Lots of secrets, like secret rooms which the housemates have to discover, like secret underground tunnels and stuff like that...like the luxury room behind the prison in BB7. BB should'nt show the HMs where they are, the HMs should discover them themselves. They could also have a solitary confinement room where, when a HM discovers it and walks inside, the door would close behind them leaving them there until BB says so.

Mines more on a housemate level.

- Do the twin twist (only one twin in the house pretending to be the same person)
- Stick in two couples not to be uncovered, housemates are told there is one couple and each couple thinks they are the only one
