Does yours do it frame by frame?

Because you might be able to delete the blank frames at end end :\

and I has no idea about frames and text, I aint mastered that yet, sorry x

Yeh I do do it frame by frame but with the text as the highest layer the blank bit is just the text layer I guess and I don't know how to get rid of it.

Thanks Nickky, I thought about rasterizing it or something but I don't know what that could do.

Right well convert it into a smart object when you've finished making the animation (I think you highlight all frames and right click)and then you click the 'FX' button at the bottom right and click inner glow, set it to 1 and change color for the border. Text you just add it on to the animation and add drop shadow or stroke using 'FX' on the text layer. Then save it for Web.

What you do is where the animation window is (all the frames and where you press play to watch the animation.) Click this button at bottom right of the animation window >>
It'll convert the frames to a timeline and from there you can click the 'FX' button to add inner shadow (1 for border) and add text with stroke/drop shadow. Hope I helped
