Dannii Minogue has threatened to quit The X Factor because she is unhappy over her lack of screen time, a report claims.

The Aussie judge is believed to have voiced her dissatisfaction in a discussion with show boss Simon Cowell, claiming that she has hardly been seen on the ITV1 talent series while new judge Cheryl Cole has featured heavily.

The latest report follows claims that Minogue and Cole have been struggling to get along as they work together on the programme.

"Simon somehow wants to keep the peace between Cheryl and Dannii and avoid the feud turning into a full-blown crisis," a source told the Sunday Mirror. "He wants Dannii to stay and is desperate for the show and the judges to remain as they are.

"He's been absolutely thrilled with the impact that Cheryl has had though. It's been nothing short of sensational. She has the perfect face for TV and is loved by the camera, the viewers and the contestants."

Minogue's alleged complaints have been backed by some viewers, however. Fans questioned why the popstar is "hardly getting a look in" on the show at the beginning of this month.

Actually. She was filming AGT once, and was late as she was at Kylies ceremony thing. However, the editing made it look like she was away for loads of auditions.

its true but last year all cameras were on her and i love sharon but sharon had to cause alot of drama to get on cameras but this year when cheryl comes danni has done nothing and been boring so its her own fault

im not a big Danni fan but i have to agree with her.this sounds silly beacuse im usualy saying how i hate when people say their favourite HM is getting a "bad edit" by the BB producers but i think Danni is getting a bad edit by the XF producers as stupid as it sounds.

I personally love Dannii. I find her the best judge, yeah she is an ice queen, but she speaks her mind when needed, not just for the sake of tv entertainmnet. She is the most honest of them all. And apparently Dannii has come top in mnay polls of people fave judge.

I like Cheryl, but her constant tears annoy me.

Yeah, because crying at about 4 out of hundreds/thousands of auditions is that bad.

She doesn't get air time because she doesn't have a personality and her face is expressionless due to botox.

Oh please some people need to come up with valid reasons "her face is expressionless due to botox" ur completely wrong. Why doesn't anybody say anything about simons botox it was all over the paper about him not having an expression cause he has just had more botox. The good thing is Dannii wont quit because you can see she loves the show too much to quit over something like she loves the show more than any of the other judges.PERIOD!!

LOL! You can't be serious? It is a valid reason and you can see Simon's expressions perfectly well, it was a dig at Danni. And yeah...She loves the show more than every other judge that much, she's threatening to quit because she's not getting enough air time? Hmmm...Yeah, nothing says "I love this show, I'm so committed" like "Give me more airtime or I quit." Just let her go. Cheryl's only just started this series and she's made more of an impact than Danni has in her entire run on The X Factor.

I can say with my hand on my heart, I honestly don't know. I don't see any reasons for her to be a favourite other than the fact she's such a crowd pleaser, she'll do anything to have them on her side. They didn't help her when she released albums as they always flopped, so maybe this is just her motive to get some sales?

Then again...Danni Minogue, not flopping and selling lots of records, getting number ones/top ten hits...?

I like Dannii Minougue. I think as a judge she is great at the job. Her music, well not that great, but as a judge, she is superb. Cheryl Cole annoys me a bit. She has only been in the music business for 5 years. Not enough time. Mel B should have ben picked over her (Mel B was in the biggest girl group ever, Girls Alous are not a patch on the Spice Girls)

How do you know that this is not just a rumour she might have said something about the amount of air time but she will not go to extreme length's like quitting thta is just the newspapers twisting her words, I dont understand why people can't be civalised about dannii I mean fine if you dont like that's ur problem but why do u have to bad mouth her. I dont really like cheryl as a judge but I dont start slagging her off, I only slag her off when people say she is more succesful than dannii when she is not!!!. TEAM MINOGUE!!!!!!!!

I don't see how she's good at her job? From what we see, she barely has an input in anything. Cheryl jumps right in there and gives her opinion professionally, its like Danni just jumps in and agrees with near enough everything Cheryl says now because it's as if she knows Simon is approving of Cheryl's nature.

She's been in the music business for 6 years, actually. It's 2002-Present, and Popstars: The Rivals' auditions were around this time if not earlier, they were classified as a band mid-december, so yeah can be called 6 years. It's perfectly enough time, she's had achievements alone as well as with the band, why should she be ridiculed on something as silly as how much time she's spent in the business? Mel B was favourite pick, but she had other business ventures to attend to...And yeah, Spice Girls are the biggest girl group ever but in terms of UK, Girls Aloud have plenty on Spice Girls. They're the fresh spice girls of this era. Their sales, chart positions and music prove it.

It probably isn't her words being twisted. She's given interviews to magazines, word for word and has even declared things like this. I'm being as civilised to Danni as she has been to others in the past. There's plenty of reasons to slag Danni off and please don't get into the success argument - it's self-defeat.
