Well I am applying this year... 1 year later than I should be. And I am freaking out about how hard it is, the applications are kinda easy but I am struggling mega on the Personal statements!
And I missed Drama School applications =/

How are your guys applications going? And what uni's are you thinking of?



I have decided on
Manchester MET
LIPA
and
Central School of Speech and Drama @ London Uni

Mine have been quite complicated aswell with all those forms to fill, tests and personal statements. I had to register 7 months before. And now I am in Marseille University, I am in International Trade.

Good luck anyway, it's sometimes very complicated to stick up with the dates and all of that.

Writing a good personal statement is really important to your application so it is important to research it in great detail. Be very creative in your writing and use some clever quotes to describe your life and your beliefs.

I just starting General Nursing in Trinity College Dublin today and my god we have like a gazillion forms to fill out! All Garda clearance and health stuff and so forward. And we have to get vaccinations and blood tests which I'm not looking forward to! But besides thats its brill.

Yeah I'm applying this year as well, no idea what I want to do or where I want to go though! I'm so unprepared.. haha.

I'm applying with no intention of going, if I get in I'll just defer it then the offer is there if I change my mind.

I've really no energy for the personal statements myself, they wanted ours in Friday gone for some reason when the due date is Jan 15th. Manc, Leeds, Lancaster, Sheffield and Bolton are my 5, Bolton purely because it does an ideal course I'd like to do.

LIPA's a great choice, I've got a mate who started last year and she loves it, plus our nightlife is great, which goes hand in hand with Uni.

Yeh I have heard great things about LIPA, and I really want to go to a uni that specializes in the arts rather than doing hundreds of random courses that dont tie in with each other, plus their theatre space and studio space sounds promising...

Still need to pick 2 other uni's =/

Just wanted to get this out of the way...

Tonight I learnt a lot more about what I need to do with my application and I am so scared/annoyed/shocked and I am not looking forwards to it!

I need to sing in my audition, I need 3 monologues including A classical, a serious contemporary and a contrasting contemporary. Contremporary being a 1980-2008 written by an english playwright.

I am so behind on preparation,
Need hugs guys!
