Default Keane announce free gigs

Keane have announced three free gigs to coincide with the release of their new album 'Perfect Symmetry next week (October 13).

The trio will play at venues in Edinburgh, Leeds and London on the mini-tour.

"We love the intensity of the atmosphere in those clubs, you just can't capture that in an Arena or Festival. We want to do it like we used to! It is going to be amazing fun," explained singer Tom Chaplin.

Tickets for the gigs,are available only from www.keanemusic.com

Keane will play:

Edinburgh Voodoo Rooms (October 13)
Leeds Cockpit 2 (14)
London 100 Club (15)

As previously announced, Keane will hit the road again for an arena tour in early 2009, playing the following dates:

Belfast Odyssey Arena (January 23)
Dublin The O2 (25)
Newcastle Arena (27)
Glasgow SECC (29)
Manchester MEN Arena (31)
Nottingham Arena (February 1)
Bournemouth BIC (3)
Cardiff Arena (4)
Sheffield Arena (6)
Liverpool Arena (7)
Plymouth Pavilions (9)
Brighton Centre (10)
London 02 Arena (12)
