Vitamin C honey and lemon and dont smoke if you do...oh and those sweets ahh damn forget what they called theyre like aniseed/eucalyptus things, theyre really good

A hot toddy (Hot water, dash of fresh lemon juice, slice of fresh ginger, a dash of honey and a big spoonful of whisky).

Take it just before bed.
