X Factor exclusive: Dannii Minogue's tears at bust-up with Simon Cowell

Dannii Minogue broke down in tears and phoned Simon Cowell to demand: "Why don't you like me? What have I done wrong?"

The singer was upset by comments this week from Cowell's close friend Sinitta who said that the relationship between the show's judges had deteriorated.

An X Factor insider said: "Sinitta said Dannii and Simon weren't getting on any more.

"Dannii was really upset when she read it and broke down crying.

"Within minutes she was on the phone to Simon who told her to pull herself together and not to be so silly.

"He was actually quite mad at Sinitta for being so indiscreet. She had to apologise to Dannii, and to promise to keep her mouth shut in the future."

Last week the Sunday Mirror revealed how Cowell had a furious bustup with Dannii when she accused him of singling out one of her acts for criticism.

But she isn't the only judge to have problems with Cowell...

Cheryl Cole has ALSO fallen out with the X Factor boss, the Sunday Mirror can reveal.

The star was incensed at what Simon had been telling her singer, Alex, about how she should perform on last night's show.

Cheryl couldn't attend X Factor rehearsals last week because she was with Girls Aloud promoting their new single and had left Alex, Laura White and Ruth Lorenzo in Simon's charge.

The source said: "Alexandra had spent the week rehearsing Christina Aguilera's Candyman the way Simon wanted it.

"Cheryl returned on Friday and was furious.

"She immediately demanded Alex do it her way, not Simon's. Simon was also angry that such big changes were being made so late in the day."

I love Dannii and think she is an inspiration but I think she is just probs just so hurt inside about all the negative press she probs had 2 let it all out. . I LOVE HER!!

Dannii doesn't bring anything to the show, she can't even decide on a good singer when she sees one. She put Daniel through, what was she thinking?

I think she should be replaced with a better judge, even Simon has had enough of her now by the seem of it.

Well it should be the way Cheryl wants it, not Simon. And they don't have to do what Simon says either, Dannii proved that by not having Ruth sing in Spanish.

Danni doesnt provide anything? She is the only judge there with a personality.

Simon put Eoghan through, but he also put Leona through, Dannii put Rhydian and Leon through, so I think she CAN in fact see talent.
