Default Curse of singing 1st or 2nd....

means a guarantee of going in the bottom 2 imo.

Every single week of Series 1, the person who went either first or second ended up being in the bottom 2 or being elliminated.

This happened again is every single week of Series 2.

However it only happened 3 times in Series 3, and 5 times in Series 4.

And so far this year 3 out of 4 times.
In the last 2 weeks particulaly the first 2 people both ended up in the bottom 2.

I think the reason for all of this is that the public forget about the earlier performances and vote for the later ones. And the first 2 people that go get overshadowed by the others.

Now Im worried because I fear that Ruth, Diana or Laura will sing first next week as they havnt sung first yet, which means its a high chance of them landing in the bottom 2.

I was saying this on saturday too with my mum saying that as soon as they are first on they will be in the bottom two. I think its mainly because they will be forgotten easily.

Perhaps they should open the voting lines as soon as they've performed?

Do you mean all off them?
Because if your saying individually , then that wouldnt be fair at all then to the people that performs last. xD

Sometimes I think its just a coincidence, other times its probably due to Strictly Come Dancing as well because more people watch that when both shows are head to head so some people will only see from performance 3 or 4 onwards

It means nothing from now on though, everyone has faves and regardless of where they are, people will vote them.

Tbh, casual viewers are unlikely to vote apparently.
