According to Miley Cyrus' official UK Bebo page, Miley is performing on TXF on 29th November. Here's the article:

"We love X Factor and over the last couple of weeks it’s been a roller-coaster ride that’s had us hanging on by the terrified tips of our fingers. …..Miley is coming back to the UK in a couple of weeks and she’s going to be on The X Factor. Hurrah!!!
