I think the week that Diana took off has really harmed her popularity and she has lost a lot of support on forums (they don't really count on X Factor though, as proven with Ruth). There also seem to be more people disliking her than liking her now too.

And with Eoghan, he was left until last to be announced to be saved- so far the same thing has happened with Scott, Austin and Laura; I believe that the person who is left until then DID get the third least amount of votes. So I think Eoghan could be in trouble soon

I think JLS are climbing popularity each week.

Diana's vocals and performance have gone to pot, and not just cos of her "illness". I think the reason she's still a fave is because she has an existing fan base that will be loyal no matter what.

Eoghan has a lot of fans, but a lot of people who don't like him to equal that.

That's funny, she is still very popular on the net, her Facebook Fan Group still get's bigger by the day, it goes up every minute. So I still say she has a chance.

Oh and Diana has had ONE bad perforamances, that was tonight, next week she will be as good as ever!

I've disliked a number of her performances, but I think that's because I don't like her vocal style.

It'll definately be Diana, Eoghan or Alkexandra that'll win I think. JLS are gonna come fourth. I think Diana's gonna win though she's the most popular with the key demographics (I.E ones that tend to vote) plus most of her biggest competition has gone (Laura and Austin) now there's only really Eoghan who is a serious threat due to his fanbase.

I have to disagreee with you David. There is no stopping the Diana Train! She is gonna win! Why do you think today was the highest votes of the series. Mainly because she was craap, and all her fans panicked and voted like crazy! I can tell you for sure, she is gonna win! I never thought Eoghan was that popular anyways!
But regardless, Alex is gonna be the star out of this series! Mark my words!

Groups have never done well on the X Factor, and I don't buy into this "JLS are the best group the X Factor has ever had" because a) that depends on how you define group (do they count Journey South, G4, Same Difference - all of whom got to the final) and b) it depends on how you come to the conclusion of best. Aston seems to get all the lead vocals; much like Phoebe Brown did for Hope. The two groups are very similar. Hope pulled out two good/average performances in the first two weeks; destroyed their chances in week 3; came back strongly in week 4, before limping their way to fifth place. I was a fan of Hope, but they were absolutely destroyed by Big Band Week. JLS have turned into Hope, they've realised that Aston is the big hit with the fans, so they're exploiting that and allowing the other members to fade into the background, so I think that this will contribute to them finishing 4th.
