WAG Carly Zucker has been hanging upside-down for hours in preparation for the jungle

Fitness instructor and WAG Carly Zucker, 24, has been hanging upside-down from a wall bar as part of her I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle preparations.

‘It’s in case I have to jump out of a plane or bungee jump,’ she said.

‘All the blood rushes to your head, so I’ve got a machine at home so I could practise hanging upside-down. It’s just like doing a headstand but you’re strapped into this thing. It’s really good for circulation as well.

‘You don’t have to do anything, you just strap yourself in and hang there upside-down. Then, when you want to finish, you pull yourself up.’

MIss Zucker came to prominence in Germany during the 2006 World Cup as one of the best-known England WAGs.

The 24-year-old became engaged to Chelsea footballer Joe Cole last year after he proposed over dinner at London's celebrity haunt, The Ivy.

They have been dating for six years and live together at their Surrey mansion.

Miss Zucker has been tipped as a strong contender in the competition.

A ITV1 insider revealed: 'She's so fit. We can't imagine the camp going hungry if she's picked for the bushtucker trial.'

Miss Zucker was in high spirits when she arrived at Heathrow Airport on Friday bound for Australia for this year's I'm A Celebrity.

Arriving at the terminal totting a Chanel handbag, she was among a fresh batch of 'stars', including Brian Paddick and Martina Navratilova, who are set to descend on the jungle.
