I'm A Celebrity: Homesick Carly Zucker breaks down in tears... AGAIN

Carly Zucker spent hours in her home gym in preparation and said she was ready to face the creepy crawlies and the basic conditions.

But one thing the Wag hadn't foreseen was her homesickness.

On last night's show I'm A Celebrity viewers saw a distressed Carly break down in floods of tears for the second night running.

Luckily her teammate Esther Rantzen was on hand to comfort Carly, offering her a hug and some motherly advice.

Before this year's series began the personal trainer was tipped as a strong contender after an ITV1 insider revealed: 'She's so fit. We can't imagine the camp going hungry if she's picked for the bushtucker trial.'

But the 24-year-old has quickly found herself missing her Chelsea footballer fiancé Joe Cole. They have been dating for six years and live together at their Surrey mansion.

Perhaps her glum face also has something to do with the basic conditions in which she is forced to live.

After Carly lost the second trial with seconds to spare her team were condemned to another day of beans and rice and sleeping on the floor, while the other camp ate roast chicken and enjoyed the realtive comforts of Home camp.

Carly went head to head with former WAG Dani Behr as the pair were suspended mid-air in separate booths containing five tubes filled with insects, including grasshoppers and maggots. But despite being a second apart, Dani won the trial.
