The reality star, 27, looked drawn and strained as she arrived at Epping Magistrates Court to hear Tweed's assault case.
Tweed, 21, has been accused of attacking a cab driver after he was told to pay a £35 fare upfront when he was picked up outside Essex nightclub Club 195 in May this year.
After arriving at court in handcuffs, Tweed was told the hearing had to be re-arranged for a later date.
Tweed denies assaulting taxi driver Stephen Wilkins.
Despite announcing their split earlier this year, Goody and Tweed reunited over the summer and hope to marry next year.
Goody described Tweed as her rock in the initial few weeks following her cancer diagnosis and has been distraught at his trial at such a difficult part The former Big Brother contestant was told of her cancer diagnosis in August on the Indian version of the show, entitled Bigg Boss.
The celebrity underwent a hysterectomy in September and is currently undergoing a course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Earlier this month, she revealed she had started going through the early menopause as a result of her cancer treatment.
She admitted doctors have given her a 50/50 chance of survival after learning the cancer has spread to tissue surrounding vital abdominal organs.
She said: 'I expected to get thin (after chemotherapy), but you don't. I'm going to be fat and bald.'
Jade has cited her mother Jackiey Budden as a pillar of strength throughout her battle with the disease.
She explained: 'My mum is my closest friend right now. My mum's amazing.'of her life.
