Michelle annoyed by Big Brother pal\'s wedding mockery
Quote:
Michelle annoyed by Big Brother pal's wedding mockery She's never been one for dignified silences and motormouth Michelle Heaton has wasted little time in attacking former pal Nikki Grahame.
The controversial Dublin-based party girl was incensed after Ms Grahame staged a mock wedding with her estranged hubbie, Andy Scott Lee.
The two pals sent jaws dropping this week after posing for a "perfect fantasy wedding day", complete with a drunken vicar in the form of Big Brother star Liam McGough and a few of their closest pals.
Mockery
In a direct reflection of the glossy wedding that Michelle and Scott Lee had for real when they got hitched in in October 2006, Nikki and Andy also joked about their "love" for each other and gush about their big day.
Former popstar Andy also made some cutting remarks in relation to his failed marriage, saying how he "was able to move on quite quickly" from the relationship.
But Failte Towers star Michelle, who has tried to keep quiet about the split, has exclusively told the Herald that she finds the whole thing in poor taste.
"I don't really think it's worth mentioning as it only adds fuel to the fire, but I'm just disappointed in both of them, more so Nikki than Andy as I thought she was a friend of mine. She could at least have let me know she was doing it.
"I know the whole thing is supposed to be tongue-in-cheek, but there was just no need for it," she said.
She also expressed her anger that her former husband chose to have a verbal pop at her in the same article.
"Again, I'm just disappointed in Andy as he has said loads of bitchy things about me over the past few months, but I've never said anything bitchy about him and I feel I have walked out of this situation with my head held high. Everything he's said is old news, he was saying the same thing months ago," she said.
As well as posing for a mock marriage, Andy also made some derogatory comments about former Liberty X star Michelle, saying he didn't find it hard to move on from the Newcastle beauty.
"I'm very lucky because I didn't have kids so I've been able to move on quite quick. I could get married again, but not anytime soon," he said.
Split
"When I first came out of my relationship I found it hard to trust anyone, but now I'm in my current relationship, I trust her 100pc."
Asked if he was still in love with Michelle, he replied: "Definitely not. Good luck to the next guy!"
The two stars announced their split officially in June 2008.
Andy has claimed that he has now met someone new, but is reluctant to name her.
Pretty Michelle has also found love again in the shape of advertising executive Hugh Hanley, whom she is now living with in a lavish apartment in Knocklyon, Co Dublin.
