Default Devious Simon COwell!!!

Something just occured to me. Simon has made it clear throught the competition, he wanted Diana, JLS, and Eoghan in the final. Now if you noticed, he criticized all 3 of them in the first performance, and said he was nervous for Diana.
I think its a strategy to get them safe. At this point of the competition, people will vote for their favorites multiple times, if they realise they are in danger, they start to panick. So by letting Alex and Ruth off the hook, it probably made some of their fans not vote as much. I think its a brilliant strategy by him.

Last year, I'm fairly sure he played Louis Walsh/secretly agreed with Louis Walsh to criticise Same Difference every week so that people would vote for them. He's a clever man, though I think his comments were genuine about the singers tonight, but it wouldn't be the first time he's used/abused his influential position to influence voting.

I reckon he's trying to even out the voting.

- championed Diana from the beginning
- chose hallelujah (i mean come on it is dianas song .. well not literally but yknow)

and now he is criticising her cos he is trying to make it more of a compeition, I knwo it sounds weird but i genuinely believ eit.

I thought Hallelujah turned out not to be the winners song?

Simon (and probably the other judges) definitely know how the voting has gone in previous weeks. He wouldn't have been so sure that Eoghan was through to next week if he didn't.

Simon knows how the voting goes every week and you can tell who is going or staying by what he says mainly on Xtra Factor. So he proably does or say things to change it.
From some of the things he has said I am guessing Alexandra isn't that popular and Diana has slipped in the votes in recent weeks
