Thats because they're judged on what they did before going in the jungle. With Big Brother it'd be different because the boring ones would definatley go as they have nothing to be voted on at all.

Robert was unbearable, Timmy was annoying, Esther didn't do much although I was rather indifferent, Dani was boring and Carly didn't do a whole lot.

If it was a vote to evict we would have lost Nicola and David first(whatever you may think of them they provide a lot of entertainment and discussion material) and bores like Carly Zucker and Dani Behr would still be in there. In eviction votes the public pick off the entertaining/controversial contestants as what happens every year on BB. Last year if it was an eviction vote Janice Dickinson would have been voted off first.
