Jason has revealed what he's been up to since leaving Big Brother - and his plan to be a fitness trainer to the stars.

He slipped quietly away to Manchester to recover from his experience on the reality show.

"I spent a lot of time by myself," he tells Channel 4 in an exclusive interview on their BB website.

"I listened to music, mostly relaxing songs. I wanted some peace and quiet."

He is now ensuring he keeps in shape as he prepares to launch a career as a personal trainer - he has been regularly visiting the gym and going running.

"I'd like to set up my own health club. My ideal client would be Angelina Jolie," he says.

Jason also reveals how he intends to set the record straight: "I created a character for myself as I knew it would get me in to Big Brother... But that backfired on me.

"I want a more serious tag rather than be seen as a lad about town."

Summing up his life in the BB house, he comments: "Most of it was torture."

Asked if he would repeat the experience he responds: "No chance."
