Default If the Judges Vote was still Active?

So assuming the judges vote was still active in the last two weeks, and that the act who was last to be cofirmed as making it through to the next show was in the bottom 2, how do you think the eliminations would have went?

Week 8 had Ruth eliminated and Eoghan as the last confirmed act to be surviving. So who do you think the judges would have saved? I think:

Simon- Eoghan
Danni- Ruth
Cheryl- Eoghan
Louis- Eoghan
= Ruth eliminated.

Week 9 had Diana eliminated and Eoghan as the last confirmed act to be surviving. Who do you think the judges would have saved? I think:

Simon- Eoghan
Cheryl- Diana
Danni- Diana
Louis- Eoghan
= Tie-break. Diana had the least votes so she would be eliminated.

How do you think it would have went?
