He didnt want a repeat of last year, because he know the wrong person won. He even said on Xtra factor, that sometimes its the wrong result and you are dissapointed. So it makes sense he wanted this result.

No question that alex was the best. But it's true that his first comments to egghead were that he was 'representing Northern Ireland', and that whatever happened he had done well. Hardly inspiring to hear!!

I think if Eoghan would have won he would have been a one hit wonder. but with Alex i think shes got a bigger chance. therefor simon will make more money out of her.

Absolutely agree with you.

From the moment Beyonce walked out, there could only be one rightful winner. I'm glad they did it though; the show cannot have another mediocre winner like Lleon.
