I really don't want the divide back, it's boring and turned out to be a flop in Big Brother 9.

The indications are it will be back - and I hope it is, and I hope it dominates the series from the start and isn't just done for a week in the middle.
If they use the BB9 format as a starting point and create some really good Head of House and nomination challenges (for the poor side to win the right to nominate) it could be a really good series. I also think it's important the HoH decides who lives where - the divide lost it's impact in the summer when they scrapped that. As for the physical divide itself, although BB3 may have appeared more effective, the BB9 version was much more practical in terms of camera shots, meaning we didn't have to watch most of the action through bars. I think psychologically too the ease at which you could cross the divide makes things tougher for the housemates too - in some respects just having a line painted on the floor which they dare not cross could work really well too. |

ohh, I actually really love the painted line idea. The mental barrier wud be much more interestin to see!
