I find it very interesting that when asked to vote in a poll on digitalspy of the best Big Brother housemates EVER that the top ten consists of this

1 Rachel BB9
2 Kate BB3
3 Anna BB1
4 Helen BB2
5 Ashylene BB7
6 Sam BB8
7 Imogen BB7
8 Amanda BB8
9 Daniel BB5
10 Shell BB5

Thats 9 out of 10 that are women and the only man is a gay man!

Yet look at that history of winners

In 14 series of big brother weve had the grand total of 4 Female winners and one Transexual

Thats 9 Male winners!

What does that say? It seems the women in big brother usually provide the best entertainment and the men hitch a free ride to victory!

It's an interesting find. But, I think people choose their winners by overall niceness/entertainment. I think they choose their favourite housemate just on niceness?

The thing is, that would be similar to my list, only I would add Emilia and Victor BBCH instead of Imogen and Anna. But if it was only BB1-BB9 series then thats almost completely what my list would look like.

I think women are largely nicer than men but men provide more entertainment or attract female viewers votes because the majority (about 70-30) of BB viewers are women and would rather vote for a man.

out out the like 100 or something contestants they chose RACHEL yes the one who people dont even remember now as the favourate oh whatever ..

and most of them in there are like mega boring except kate bb3 and helen bb2
