I agree 100% Splodge.

I don't see a similarity between our lovely Helen and Jade at all.

Yes, they both talk a lot and Helen did say some very funny naive things at times but....... pleeeease!!!!

Nooooooo!!!!!

Funny enough Paul reckons she reminds him of Helen. Well so they said in the News of the World. Helen reckons she's gobby like her. Helen gobby never

I saw this as well Steve. Iwas really surprised that both Paul and Helen like Jade.

I typed the transcript up on the site this morning.

I can't see the similarity between Jade and Helen at all. Helen was sweet and naive, Jade is neither, but then I'm afraid I'm struggling to relate to any of the housemates at the moment.

I know this is probably a really unpopular thing to say but I really can't say I'm enjoying BB3 at all. I know I'm going to be in a minority of one here, everyone else seems to be enjoying it but I really am trying to like it and can't.

I shall persevere, of course, and I'm sure I'll end up an addict but at the moment as H would say, Oh My God!!!!

I think you'll like it more if they could get in the garden, I'd like to see a bit more of that. A nice sunny day cheers everyone up.

I can't see any similarity between Helen and Jade at all. They are two completely different characters.

Peachy, I know what you mean. I really couldn't get into it at all yesterday. There's just SO many people in there, all talking at once, it's hard to bond with any of them at the moment.

Today, however, was a lot better, SO, I'm going to persevere!!!!

I think tonights show on channel 4 will be better coz so far irs just been all live stuff which is a bit awkward, I think tonight will be better coz they'll show interesting bits and will make sure you can hear what people are saying rather than them all speaking over each other plus we might get to finally see sum diary room bits!

I think it will get a bit better once they have settled into the routine of tasks and nominations and stuff. At the moment, everything is very unstructured which probably makes it harder to view.....

The live stuff is awkward, as you can hear people talking, and then Jades booming wail over the top of it.

I'm surprised she hasn't stripped naked and jumped up and down shouting 'Look at me! Look at me!' yet.

And as for comparing her with Helen, I think she's over exaggerating her personality a bit, I'm not sure whether she's consciously trying to be like Helen, or not, but surely she can't be that loud and annoying in real life.

Having said that, I thought her family looked happy on friday......

Jade is I fear trying to be Helen. Not wishing to be too uncharitable I will merely say that her looks are less endearing, and her voice is more annoying.

It is early days, but overall I feel like crying when I compare it with last year. I wish they could chuck a few out now. It's crass, noisy and downright irritating. I tried to watch it last night but had to mute the sound.

There may well be some nice people in there, but they are currently being swamped.

I think Jade might be down the line next week, unless she becomes herself instead of a poor susbstitiute for the Welsh Wonder

I have mixed feelings about bb3 todate! When they were doing a Jerry Springer mock program I thaught they were brilliant and does indicate they can be highly entertaining. It was spoiled however by the constant loss of sound due to cencorship.

Saturday night bb3 live on channel 4 was ruined by sound cencorship again. The first 25 minutes being silent with boring images of Sandy looking at pictures of dresses I think. At that stage I gave up switched off and went to bed.

The fact that Jade is annoying and loud is all the more reason for her to stay. If she is voted out after the first week that will be one more reason not to watch it.

In my oppinion none of the lads have yet shown to have that special X factor. I would gladly vote any of the lads out especially boring Sandy.

I don't know if Jade is trying to do a Helen or not! I would like her to stay in order to find out. If you aked me to decide i would probably say no she is not. More like the selectors are trying to find another Helen I think.

Jade eats worse than Helen. Talks faster than Helen and is not as attractive as Helen. But as a strong Helen fan myself I am not bothered by others thinking Jade is like Helen. Our Helen might be loud but she has a very special charm and dignity that Jade at her young age does not have.

Let's get rid of one of the boring guys and give young Jade a chance.

ROB, I know what you mean. I am constantly comparing this years BB to BB2 but I dont think the Big Brother game has started yet

They have been in there for 2-3 days, they are still faking, trying to make a good impression - soon the pressure will kick in and tensions will mount.
There is 12 people in the house - too many but this means everyone is gonna get on top of everyone else meaning arguments.
Big Brother wont start until tasks, nominations, evictions occur - we havent even seens a proper show yet, seeing it live is harf cos there is so many people in there - people will start to get more competitive. (Lee will I reckon, keeps going on about the money!)
At the moment, it is a holiday for them. Yeah, they think they know what to expect but they dont - I personally have faith in this years BB - I think that with the help of the producers surprises and power over the game - it could be an exciting Big Brother this year!!

BUT - you can beat Paul and Helen!

I know exactly what you mean, ROB.

I've watched quite a bit of BB3 today, but the sheer volume of noise has been quite unbearable at times - everyone shouting over each other so that you can't make out a word anyone's saying.

Hopefully they'll calm down over the next few days, and they desperately need some sort of task to focus their attention and get them working together as a team.

Like you, I haven't really warmed to any of the housemates yet but I will persevere. So far, Alison seems the most genuine and likeable of them all to me.

I think there are certain similarities between Helen and Jade. Both are young, niave, outgoing, somewhat childish and, let's be honest, not exactly the sharpest tools in the box.

I remember at the start of BB2 the general views being expressed about Helen were similar to those about Jade, and it took a couple of weeks for Helen to make a more positive impact on the public.

It was only really that Penny was in the house that Helen survived the first eviction; it was a case of picking the most annoying of the two.

It's a shame someone is being evicted so soon. We won't get the opportunity to see the characters and relationships develop quite so well.

I agree with you Disco. Channel Four may believe that it makes for exciting viewing but we will get rid of someone before we have really had the chance to get to know them.

At the moment I really want Jade to go and I have voted for her several times, but I must admit that I voted for Helen in the first eviction last year and turned into a huge Helen fan afterwards so you do have a point.

Helen didn't have Jades voice though - aaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!
