Austin Powers star Verne Troyer, rapper Coolio, singer Bobby Brown and politician Tommy Sheridan are among the male star’s appearing in next year’s Celebrity Big Brother.
The stars set to join them in baring their souls for the camera include rapper turned chef Coolio, Starksy and Hutch star Paul Michael Glaser, and former boyband member Ben Adams.
Verne Troyer, 39, is most famous for his role as mini-me, Mike Myer’s sidekick in the Austin Powers films.
The actor, who is just 2ft and 8in, made headlines last year when a sex tape of him and a former girlfriend was leaked onto the internet.
Troyer later launched a £12million lawsuit against a celebrity porn broker to stop it being distributed.

Actor Paul Michael Glaser, who played TV cop Starksy in the popular 70 series Starsky and Hutch, will also be appearing on the show.
The 65-year-old has rarely been seen on screen in recent years and is currently appearing in a pantomine version of Aladdin.
Controversial Scottish politician Tommy Sheridan, who was charged with alleged perjury last year, will also be among the stars.

Verne Troyer and Paul Michael Glaser are about as big as it gets for a celebrity series, quite good scoops if true. I hope its true, mini me lost the plot on a similar American show (it wasn't BB, something like it)

Coolio & Bobby will probably clash... but... why 3 American males?! I doubt they'd bring so many American 'stars' over tbh. They usually have 2/3 maximum (men AND women) so...

Ben will definately be the eye-candy for the ladies. Mini-Me will probably be 'favourite' from day 1 etc etc.

I think I'd rather they didn't put Sheridan in... they're trying to recreate Galloway!

I really doubt Bobby Brown will go in there. CBB & Channel 4 really don't need another controversy, so I doubt they'd put Bobby Brown in as he has had trouble with drugs and drink and also has been accused of hitting his ex wife Whitney Houston.

but they do need controversy. This is the last chance to bring back viewers so a bit of controversy would help a lot.

Check him out out the US reality seires The Surreal Life, he is very stubborn and argumentative. Expect him to be fave on launch night but by the end of week one to have quite a lot of hate.

Should be an entertaining housemate though.
